We’re Keepers First
At Antglobe, we don’t just ship boxes; we ship living ants. Because we’re dealing with tiny, living queens and their workers, our shipping process is a bit different than your average webshop. We prioritize the health of the ants over everything else, even speed.
When do we ship?
To make sure your colony doesn’t spend a lonely weekend in a cold or boiling-hot sorting warehouse, we only ship Live Ants on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. If you order nests, food, or tools without any ants, we usually ship those within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
The Weather
Ants are sensitive to the weather.

Too Cold: If the temperature drops below 3°C, we pause shipping.

Too Hot: If it’s a heatwave above 26°C, we wait for a cool down.
If we decide to hold your order because of the weather, we’ll send you an email immediately to let you know. We’d rather wait a few days than risk a colony’s life.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
We take great pride in our packing we use plenty of packaging and, when necessary, heat packs to keep the ants cozy. Because of this, we guarantee that your Queen will arrive alive.
What if the unthinkable happens?
Nature is unpredictable. If your Queen arrives dead (DOA), please follow these steps:

Don’t panic. We’ve got you covered.

Take a clear photo or video of the Queen in her original, unopened test tube within 6 hours of the delivery time shown on your tracking.

Email us at info@antglobe.com with your order number and the photo.
Once we’ve confirmed, we will either send you a replacement colony (if in stock) or give you a coupon amount for the ants.
Note: Our guarantee covers the Queen. A few lost workers during the stress of travel is unfortunately normal and won’t hurt the colony’s future.
Shipping Rates & Times

Europe: We ship across most of the EU. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: Every order gets a tracking number so you can follow your new pets’ journey right to your doorstep.
A quick favor…
Once your ants arrive, please give them some peace and quiet! Keep them in a dark, vibration free spot for at least 24 hours to let them recover from their trip before you start feeding or moving them.
